    I ordered this and gifted it to my daughter's teacher on the first day of school. He absolutely loved it but within 3 days in a classroom with 5th graders, the sphere on the turning mechanism fell off. The teacher tried to repair it but it kept falling off. I offered to repair it but somehow, the piece has gone missing. Luckily, I purchased two dispensers so I unscrewed the piece off of my dispenser and I will repair the teacher's unit with with application of gorilla glue for extra stability.

    I will order again but I wonder if I will need to add gorilla glue to the screws through the spheres. I plan to gift her other 8 teachers with a dispenser for the holidays.

    Do you sell replacement parts for the dispensers?

    Works perfect. Wish it came in different colors so we could decorate it. We did spray paint it and it looks good.
