An excellent addition to high-volume restaurants, cafeterias, or catering businesses, this steam pan is made to last through heavy commercial use. Made from 25 gauge 18/8 stainless steel, it is rust resistant, durable, and suitable for use from the freezer to the oven to the table.
In addition, its double reinforced corners provide added strength to resist warping and breakage. A highly versatile piece, three third-size steam pans can be used in a full-size chafer to accommodate three smaller size dishes. For hassle-free cleanup, this third size steam pan is dishwasher safe and has a non-stick surface.
