Boasting a cast aluminum non-stick dome element at the bottom, this item provides direct energy transfer for a highly efficient operation.To easily adjust the temperature, this unit has a unit-mounted thermostatic control. For ease of use, this food warmer requires top mounting installation, has a bottom-mounted drain, and has a low water indicator so your staff can easily determine at a glance when a refill is needed. This drop-in food warmer accommodates full or fractional size pans up to 4" deep.
