The Vollrath 68127 Wear-Ever Aluminum Pasta and Vegetable Cooker Set 18.5 Qt. is an excellent addition to restaurants, catering companies and other food service establishments. This set comes with an exceptionally durable 3004 aluminum pot that distributes heat evenly across the surface for thorough cooking. Built with welded loop handles, this pot provides a comfortable grip even when wearing oven mitts.
Including four 18/8 stainless steel perforated inserts, you can easily cook up to 3 servings of pasta or boil different types of vegetables simultaneously. For ease of use, these inserts have a riveted TriVent plated steel handle that stays cool to the touch up to 450°F. Each insert from this pasta and vegetable cooker set has a hanging clip for fast and convenient draining.
