Made from heavy-gauge 3004 aluminum, this product provides fast and even heat conduction for thorough cooking. Thanks to its exceptionally durable construction with a beadless rim, this item will withstand heavy duty use and high temperatures without warping.
Convenient to use, this pan is equipped with loop handles to safely move it from the oven to the countertop even when wearing oven mitts. You can pair this bottom roast pan with its top pan countertop to create a snug-fitting double roasting to seal in steam.
