Good construction, bakes evenly.

This is exactly what a commercial-grade muffin pan should be. Sturdy, durable, and bakes evenly.

I've used it to prepare several batches of blueberry muffins, with excellent results each time.



Note, this pan is designed to be used with paper muffin liners. It is an aluminum pan without any non-stick coating, and without those your muffins will stick.

+Lower cost than comparable heavyweight muffin pans

+-A silicone muffin pan will be cheaper long-term since it doesn't require liners. However, that material does not conduct heat as well and doesn't bake as evenly.
