    This is a good budget decanter that pours liquids perfectly. I use a Chemex-style manual drip coffee maker (which requires precise circular motions when pouring the water), and this decanter is excellent for this task. No water runs off to the side, and the rate of pouring is easy to control.

    The one drawback is the handle. It flexes a little when the decanter is filled to capacity. And the handle is attached to the unit with spot welds, which are usually not as durable as rivets. Even so, I tested it by prying at it from different angles with force, and the handle attachment held.
