    The Winco EPSG-RF1C Cast Iron Flat Top Griddle Plate for EPG-1C is a great way to create two different griddle tops on your EPG-1C ribbed panini grill (sold separately). Ideal for cooking eggs, pancakes, burgers and other foods, this griddle plate can be used to convert the ribbed grill surface of the EPG-1C to a flat top griddle.

    This flat top griddle plate features 1/4" raised edges and a ribbed underside to fit neatly on the surface of the EPG-1C. Constructed of cast iron, this griddle plate is pre-seasoned and has a non-stick surface that is easy to clean.
