    I was surprised at the variety of tasks this French whip can handle. I've used it to beat eggs, stir thick waffle batter, and even mix dry ingredients for coffee cake. The wires are heavy gauge, far thicker than what I expected for an item in this price range. And when working with those thicker batters that have lots of resistance, this whip held up very well.



    Having been using it for over a month (and not gently), there's no bend in any of the wires. I expect it will hold up for a long time.
