This ladle is built with an integrated hook handle for a comfortable grip when serving and can conveniently sit on the edge of the pot when not in use. Great for fast-paced food service facilities, this NSF-listed ladle has a one-piece design which makes it easy to clean. To prevent cross-contamination, this ladle has a blue handle allowing you to follow the HACCP standard color coding system and assign it for use with fish and shellfish.
