This product is equipped with (10) chrome rollers that hold up to 36 hot dogs at a time and has an individual heating element for heat consistency. Designed to deliver superior cooking performance, this quality unit has 7 heat settings for an incredibly simple operation and 2 individual heat controls for front and rear rollers that help conserve energy during low-volume business hours.
To maintain a clean operation, each roller rotates at a complete 360° turn to prevent residue buildup while the removable tray catches grease and crumbs. For sanitation and efficiency, this machine has a sealed motor with ball bearings and grease barrier to prevent grease from leaking out.
