An excellent addition to diners, concession stands, food trucks, and more, this unit is equipped with a nickel-plated steel kettle with a 30 lb. oil capacity. It is thermostatically controlled from 200°f to 375°F and has a safety thermostat to avoid potentially dangerous temperatures.
Built for maximum efficiency and quick product turn-around, this fryer comes with twin baskets so staff can cook two different food items at the same time. Made from stainless steel, this electric pot fryer is rust resistant and will withstand years of commercial use. Thanks to its compact footprint, it will fit in tight spaces. Easy to clean, this single pot fryer has removable baskets and a lift out one-piece tank for easy emptying and cleaning.
