Use the Vollrath 72090 Nitro Full-Size Food Rethermalizer to heat and hold a wide variety of food selections at safe temperatures. Perfect for buffet stations and self-serve areas, this product is designed to take a container of cooked food from a chilled state to a safe serving temperatures in less than 90 minutes.
For maximum efficiency, this item features a direct contact element that concentrates energy directly into the well and a heavy duty bulb and capillary thermostat with overtemp protection. Built with a rust-resistant 300 series 18/8 stainless steel well, this food rethermalizer is exceptionally durable for years of reliable service. It is recommended to use full size pans up to 4" deep with this product.
