I love fresh bread... baguettes, rustic breads, flatbread, all of them. This bowl is exactly what I needed for mixing bread dough. It is durable enough that you can use an electric mixer with dough hooks in it, and tall enough that you will not be splattered with flour.

I've even used it to mix pretzel dough (see video above) - which is a lot tougher due to its low water content. And it performed very well.
