Featuring six "H" shaped burners totaling 210,000 BTU of heating power, it provides thorough cooking and even heat distribution.

Each burner is individually controlled for convenient temperature adjustments while its adjustable top grates allow staff to adjust the space between the heat and food products. For easy cleanup, the top grates are designed with grease runners to direct the run off of the juices to the removable grease trough.
