Delivering a true charbroiled flavor using natural volcanic lava rock, juices will drip onto the rocks resulting in searing flames and a rich, smokey flavor while the heavy duty cast iron top grates will help create tantalizing grill marks on food.

    Designed to provide outstanding performance, this unit features seven "H" shaped burners totaling 245,000 BTU of heating power for even heat distribution. Thanks to its individually controlled burners, staff has complete control over temperatures while its top grates can be positioned flat or sloped for flexibility. For ease of cleanup, the top grates have grease runners to direct the run off to the removable grease trough. Built with durability in mind, this countertop gas char-rock charbroiler is made with stainless steel front and sides.
