This unit provides rich, wood-fired flavor to foods while providing the temperature control of a gas-fired broiler. Thanks to its built-in gas log lighter with adjustable valve, this unit ensures easy operation while its standing pilot allows for instant ignition.

This unit features an open bottom cast iron grate that allows continuous updraft for optimum fuel combustion. For convenient loading and moving of wood/charcoal, this charbroiler is built with a large stainless steel door with handle at the front. For years of reliable use, this wood-fired charbroiler has a rust-resistant stainless steel rugged exterior body and its heavy duty fire box is lined with refractory bricks that protect interior from burnout. This charbroiler requires either legs or a stand (sold separately).
