To properly monitor and control temperature, this unit is designed with a Dixell digital temperature control system.

For ease of use, this prep table has three self-closing doors that stay open at 90° or less and comfortable recessed handles. Perfect for fast-paced, high-volume settings, this refrigerated table boasts a durable and easy to clean internal and external stainless steel construction and non-corrosive epoxy-coated shelves.
