To keep food items hot, this unit comes with four individually controlled hot food wells that accommodate up to eight half-size pans.
For safety and sanitation, this mobile kiosk has a safety shield around the food wells, and clear Tritan roll top lids cover the hot food to keep it protected from external contaminants.
