It also has four full size steam pan holders that fits up to six 2-1/2" high half-size steam pans (sold separately), making it ideal for serving multiple dishes simultaneously.

Thanks to it's flip-up shelf, it has ample room for a register. Easy to maneuver, this mobile cart has a push handle and silent casters that glide smoothly across floor surfaces.
