Designed with everything you need for food presentation, this cart comes with three hot food wells that accommodate up to six 4" half size steam pans. To keep food fresh and warm, each food well is individually controlled with a variable heat control knob. Thanks to it's three clear Tritan roll top lids, this cart provides added protection against external contaminants.
An excellent addition to festivals, supermarkets, and cafeterias, this unit has eye-catching, allergen-free color-coded purple laminate panels to help customers identify allergen-free food options. For ease of use, it is designed with two storage shelves and six drawers for plating or for holding silverware, condiments, or cold foods. Easy to maneuver, this stainless steel hot buffet cart is built with side handles and silent casters that glide smoothly across floor surfaces.
