It can also accommodate a cold bay pan holder kit (sold separately) so guests can choose from allergen-free cold items on display.

For added storage, it is built with an open cabinet base for storing additional bulk ingredients and supplies. The undershelf is also large enough to fit a Cadco half size convection oven (sold separately) for on-site cooking. Thanks to it's two drawers, it can hold silverware, condiments, and more.
