An excellent addition to school cafeterias and hotel breakfast bars, the Cadco CG-20 Countertop Electric Griddle, 220V is perfect for cooking pancakes, burgers, grilled cheese, and more. Featuring a 21" x 12" cooking area, this unit heats up evenly to 450°F for consistent cooking results. Thanks to its high-tech, non-stick cooking surface, it makes food removal quick and convenient.
To protect walls from oil splatter, this electric griddle comes with a removable stainless steel backsplash guard. For added safety, it has a power light indicator to let staff know that the griddle is turned on. Made from top quality stainless steel with non-skid feet, this countertop electric griddle will withstand years of commercial use. This electric griddle is not intended to be used for more than 4-5 hours a day.
