Product Details for Eurodib Commercial Single Induction Range 240V
Use the Eurodib CI3500 Commercial Single Induction Range 240V for light duty cooking tasks in omelet stations, catering service, or food trucks. Safer than conventional countertop ranges, it does not require the use of an open flame or flammable fuel source. Additionally, it features an auto shut-off feature if it exceeds a safe temperature range.
Designed to accommodate pots and pans between with a diameter between 5" and 10", it also auto shuts off when compatible cookware is not detected. Easy to use, this induction range has intuitive controls with a temperature range between 140° and 460°F and a digital display for easy reading. Thanks to its built-in timer, staff can set the cook time and do other tasks as they wait. Made from stainless steel, this single induction range is exceptional durable and its vitroceramic cooking surface is easy to clean.
