This is one of the best utility knives I've seen. Its blade is thin yet rigid. So it cuts through produce smoothly, yet at the same time, it feels nice and sturdy.
A knife like this is ideal for tasks that require a little more than a typical paring knife can handle. Such as peeling kohlrabi, or a larger rutabaga root.
