Equipped with a 12" high carbon steel blade, this product is rust resistant and will maintain a sharp edge for a smooth cut. This unit can slice food products up to 14 mm thick for precise thick or thin slices. For added operator safety, it has a mounted feed tray that uses gravity to better hold the food against the blade.

    Thanks to its embodied sharpener, this manual meat slicer ensures perfect grinding and its gears are constantly bathed in oil for long lasting heavy-duty performance. Exceptionally durable, this model is built with an anodized aluminum body while its compact design makes it ideal for use in delis, food trucks, or restaurants with limited counter space.
