Perfect for use in high-volume food venues, this oven has six stainless steel skewers and can accommodate up to 5 chickens per skewer, for a total of 30 chickens at once. For quick turnaround, each skewer has an independent motor with a motor rotation speed of 2 RPM each, and boasts a total of 90,000 BTU heating power with a 50 to 60-minute cooking time (per 4 lb. chickens). Made from stainless steel, this gas rotisserie oven is easy to wipe clean, rust resistant, and exceptionally durable.
