This item can be used to cut sweet potatoes, however they must be cut into quarters first. If they are used whole they will get stuck.
The replacement blade size goes according to personal preferences, but a coordinating pusher block must be purchased for each blade size.
There are no suction feet available for this unit.
This item comes with a warranty of 30 days from date of purchase and only against manufacturer defects.

what is the longest potato that it can cut

There is no specific size potato this can cut, it is meant for use with regular size potatoes.
