Designed to provide excellent heating and control, this unit features six cast iron burners with a total of 120,000 BTU heating power. Each burner is individually controlled for excellent control over cooking temperatures while the lava rock efficiently transfers heat to product for even heat distribution.

The high-capacity grates can be adjusted to be inclined or flat to adjust the space between the heat and the food. For easy and safe operation, this charbroiler has cool-to-the-touch stainless steel bullnose to protect the knobs and keep the work area comfortable. Thanks to its tapered splash guard, the walls are protected from oil splashes and stains. For years of reliable use, this lava rock charbroiler has a stainless steel body and adjustable legs for stability on any countertop space.
