Product Overview
Use the Vollrath 36260 Signature Server Non-Refrigerated Cold Food Bar 60" x 27" for icing down cold items such as seafood, salad dressings, or chilled desserts. Designed with a rust-resistant 18 gauge 300 series stainless steel well, this product accommodates up to four full size food pans. Thanks to its foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, this item retains cold temperatures for a long period while its mounted drain hose makes it easy to empty and clean after service.
Combining functionality and long product life, this food bar is built with a reinforced stainless steel unibody base with applied black laminate. To easily move it from one location to the next, this non-refrigerated cold food bar is equipped with heavy duty swivel casters with brakes that glide smoothly on any floor surface.
