The Vollrath 36265 Signature Server Refrigerated Cold Food Bar 60" x 27" is perfect for keeping seafood, salad toppings, or small dessert platters chilled for hours. This product has an 18 gauge 300 series stainless steel deep well that accommodates four full size pans. Thanks to its foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and R134A refrigerant, this food bar provides increased temperature retention.
An excellent addition to any salad bar, buffet, or cafeteria, this unit is built with a reinforced stainless steel unibody base for unbeatable durability. Thanks to its heavy duty swivel casters, you can easily move this refrigerated cold bar from one place to another.
