Use the Vollrath 36462 Modular Drop In Soup Well 7.25 Qt. to hold soups and stews at the optimal serving temperature. This product boasts a double wall construction with high density glass fiber insulation that retains and evenly distributes heat. To precisely adjust the temperature, this item features a remote, dial style infinite control.
Easy to use, this soup well has a 3/4" drain with a ball valve shut-off to easily remove the well water after service and comes with a mounting bracket for convenient top-mount installation. Functional and exceptionally durable, this drop in soup well has a 22 gauge stainless steel top and exterior housing for years of reliable service.
