Use the Vollrath CBGHD-60 Heavy Duty Radiant / Lava Rock Charbroiler 60" for grilling signature meats, kabobs, vegetables, and more. A heavy duty grilling solution, this charbroiler is made from fully-welded stainless steel and has heavy duty cast iron radiants. Featuring ten superior stainless steel burners for a total of 200,000 BTU, this unit has the heat you need for searing and cooking at your high volume commercial food venue. To individually control each burner, this grill is equipped with manual metal knobs with knob guards that protect the gas valves from damage.

To give your food attractive grill marks, this unit has versatile grill plates featuring a narrow grill surface on one side, while the flip side has a flatter, wider grill surface making it ideal for cooking delicate food items like fish. The angled adaptor bars help channel oil and grease towards the removable grease trays for quick disposal. For easy cleanup, the grease trays fit into commercial dishwashers. To protect the operator from burns and splashes, this charbroiler features a cool-to-touch bull-nose design and is built with heavy duty 2 mm thick back splash and side walls. This heavy duty charbroiler is shipped for radiant use and a lava rock kit is sold separately.
