Use the Winco EMP-30 Commercial Planetary Mixer 31.7 Qt. for whipping cream, making cake batter, and mxing dough. Equipped with a gear-driven transmission, it provides consistent mixing power while its three fixed mixing speeds allow you to adjust the appropriate setting for different mixtures.
The 31.7 quart. stainless steel mixing bowl makes it ideal for large batches while its safety guard keeps fingers away from the mixer while in use. This planetary mixer comes with a wire whip, aluminum flat beater and spiral dough hook attachments. Constructed from heavy duty die cast iron, this commercial planetary mixer is exceptionally durable and its non-slip rubber feet ensures stability.
