The Winco NGCB-36R Spectrum Gas Radiant Countertop Charbroiler 36" helps you achieve an enticing, smoky char-grilled flavor when cooking steaks, chicken, and more. Perfect for fast-paced, high volume restaurants and other food service venues, this charbroiler is designed with three independently controlled high performance burners with 35,000 BTU of power each, that allows your chef to simultaneously cook a variety of foods at different temperatures.

Thanks to its infinite heat controls and grilling surface of 36" W x 20" D, this charbroiler provides even heat distribution across the surface producing food that comes out uniformly every time. In addition, its stainless steel insulated double-wall body with cool to the touch stainless steel front plate rail, means that it is safe to operate and will withstand years of heavy duty use. This commercial charbroiler includes a converston kit that enables it to be used with either propane or natural gas and its stainless steel 10 gauge radiant burner covers can be used with field convertible briquette rock kits (sold separately) to more intense flavoring of your charbroiled foods.
