    This cook's fork is excellent when you're working with meats. While it is an excellent carving fork, I've been using it mostly for searing. It is long enough to give you plenty of clearance and keep your hand away from the sizzling oil.



    I was also impressed with the durability. This fork is made of heavy gauge steel all the way from the tines to the tang, with no weak points. I imagine this item will last a long time.
