The Winco SSDB-16S Stainless Steel Steamer/Pasta Cooker 16 Qt. is an excellent addition to restaurants, catering companies and other food service establishments. This NSF listed pasta cooker features a high quality stainless steel construction with a tri-ply bottom for superior cooking performance and exceptional durability that will last for years.
This cooker comes with two pots. One pot features a perforated design which can be used as a steamer and as a convenient piece for draining excess water from pasta and other boiled food. The other pot is solid and boasts a unique design that provides a space in between the steamer to help reduce spillage. This induction reader steamer and pasta cooker is equipped with reliable handles and a lid to keep the heat circulating inside for fast cooking.
