Designed with a rear mount compressor and a self-contained, balanced refrigeration system for efficient operation, this unit uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and a heavy duty Embraco compressor that can save you up to 40% in energy costs compared to a conventional compressor. To keep ingredients fresh for longer, this prep table features a Dixell digital temperature control system for precise water temperature monitoring.

Designed to make preparation of your signature sandwiches and salads more convenient than ever, this prep table includes a 10” cutting board so you can chop and slice fresh ingredients on site, and (8) 1/6 stainless steel food pans that will keep those ingredients stored and fresh until use.
