The variable heat control knobs help keep food warm and fresh while it's three clear Tritan roll top lids protect food from external contaminants. Thanks to it's two storage shelves, it has ample space for additional supplies, eliminating the need to back track into the kitchen. The six drawers are perfect for plating dishes or for storing condiments, silverware, or cold foods. For years of reliable use, this mobile hot buffet cart is made from high quality stainless steel with navy laminate panels for a professional look.
