Conveniently proof your dough before it is ready to bake with the Cadco XAKPT-08HS-C Half Size Proofer. Designed to be used together with Bakerlux for LED and TOUCH half size ovens, this unit will ensure a seamless baking process in your commercial kitchen. Operated by a control panel, staff can easily adjust the temperature from 90 to 122°F.
Perfect for use in fast-paced, high-volume commercial kitchens, this unit can accommodate up to eight half-size sheet pans (sold separately). To easily see what is inside without opening the doors, this proofer is built with two glass doors. For years of reliable use, this unit is made from rust resistant, exceptionally durable stainless steel. This half-size proofer is not designed for stand-alone use and requires a water hookup.
