Boasting a kneading capacity of 17.5 lbs. with a 20 Qt. capacity stainless steel bowl, this unit is perfect for high volume, large scale operations.
Use it to mix a variety of doughs, from very stiff dough with low hydration, to high hydration dough. Featuring a built-in timer, it allows staff to program and set appropriate mixing times. To ensure safety during operation, this mixer is also engineered with an emergency stop and bowl guard switch. Made from high quality stainless steel, this spiral mixer will withstand years of heavy duty use.
