For added safety, it is designed with a wire bowl guard that prevents fingers and objects from getting caught in the mixer while in use. Exceptionally durable, it is made from stainless steel with a heavy duty abrasion resistant transmission design for years of reliable use. This commercial planetary stand mixer is not recommended for making pizza, pita, or bread dough.
