    With a stiff and narrow blade the FDick 8236813-02 Ergogrip Narrow Stiff Boning Knife, Yellow Handle, 5" is designed for deboning many kinds of meat. Its blade measures 5" and is crafted of high carbon stainless steel for rust-resistance, durability and added sharpness.

    Equipped with a plastic ergonomic handle, it is both comfortable and safe to use. Designed to conform to the HACCP color-coding system, this boning knife has a yellow handle so it can be designated for use with raw poultry, to prevent cross-contamination. NSF certified, this boning knife is suitable for use in butcher shops, restaurants and other commercial kitchens.
