Perfect for concession stands, diners, and restaurants, the Magikitch'n APM-RMB-624CR Radiant Gas Countertop Charbroiler 24" is a highly efficient cooking solution. Using a total of 60,000 BTU power with a computer designed heat pattern, this product provides even, edge-to-edge heat distribution. Designed with four individually controlled cast iron radiant burners, you can easily and precisely regulate heat.

The free floating top grid of this charbroiler will not press into your food so it won't stick or tear while its 1/2" steel rods expand and contract from intense heat, resisting warping. Thanks to its Easy Tilt top grid mechanism, excess grease is directed towards the stainless steel drip trough, reducing flare ups. Functional and highly durable, this unit is built with stainless steel outer panels while its fully insulated double walled cabinet lowers side and bottom temperatures which prevents accidental burns. Easy to clean, this charbroiler comes with a removable grease collection box and crumb tray.
