Equipped with four burners totaling 80,000 BTU of heating power, this unit provides outstanding cooking performance and even heat distribution. Each burner is individually controlled so staff can set each burner to a different temperature, great for cooking different food items at the same time.

For exceptional flexibility, this unit is field is convertible from radiant to briquette cooking and has two-position, two-sided cooking grids so staff easily create more or less distance between the flames. Moreover, this charbroiler is built with rear and side splash guards to protect walls from stains while its stainless steel, full width crumb tray and grease trough keep the cooking area clean.
