    Perfect for use in steak houses, restaurants, or pubs that are tight on space, the Magikitch'n MKG-72-E Countertop Gas Griddle With Electric Thermostat 72" is a compact yet powerful cooking solution. This product features twelve all stainless steel burners that use a total of 180,000 BTU power, providing even heating across its heavy 1" thick griddle plate. Thanks to its six electric thermostat controls, you can precisely regulate temperatures between 200°F to 550°F allowing you to cook multiple orders simultaneously. Easy to operate, this griddle has a matchless ignition system that automatically lights the pilot when the power is turned on while its embedded temperature sensors provide fast response time and accurate surface temperatures.

    Thanks to its tapered backsplash and no debris contour, food and grease splatter are contained within the griddle plate. For quick cleanup, this model features an extra smooth skirt finish, no exposed fasteners, and a removable grease box. Designed for long lasting commercial use, this countertop gas griddle is built with double walled and reinforced stainless steel sides, removable 4" legs, and a solid panel cabinet base for convenient flush mount capability.
