    Use the Tekna ABT-10 Blast Chiller/Freezer, 10 Tray Capacity at your bakery, ice cream shop, or restaurant. Designed to efficiently and rapidly cool your food, this unit will keep food items at safe temperatures, protecting meat, fish, and other foods from bacteria. Complete with a core temperature probe inside of the cabinet, staff can ensure that food is at an ideal temperature.

    For ease of use, this blast chiller is engineered with an electronic control and three alphanumeric digital displays. This unit comes with 10 sheet trays and is designed with a 70-lb. chilling and 48-lb. freezing capacity. The pans and trays can be easily removed and cleaned. Equipped with ten trays with a maximum capacity of 70 lbs., it can be used for freezing cooked or uncooked food. Made from high quality stainless steel, this blast chiller/freezer will withstand the rigors of commercial establishments and is also easy to clean.
