This unit comes with a core temperature probe to insert in the food, ensuring that the right temperature is achieved. For ease of operation, this blast freezer is engineered with an electronic control with three alphanumeric digital displays. Made from high quality stainless steel, this blast chiller/freezer is easy to clean and will withstand years of commercial use.
