This product features Vollrath's Direct Contact Heating System that provides the most efficient heat transfer possible while it thermoset fiber-reinforced self-insulating resin well provides maximum energy efficiency.
Thanks to its recessed thermostatic controls, your staff can easily make temperature adjustments. Made with an epoxy-coated cast aluminum body, this item is exceptionally durable and will withstand the rigors of commercial while its four non-skid feet provide excellent stability. Included in this kettle rethermalizer set is an 11 Qt. inset and hinged cover for easy convenient service while the soup cards allow for quick product identification.
