Ideal for kitchen to table service, the Winco CAGP-10S FireIron Square Induction Cast Iron Grill Pan, 10-1/2" Dia x 1-3/4" H is an excellent addition to any home or commercial kitchen. This square grill pan features a ridged surface that will add enticing grill marks to your food and collect the fat as the food is cooking, while the two pouring lips will easily enable you to drain excess liquid.
This multipurpose cast-iron grill pan has two handles, a wide handle with ergonomic thumb rests that will minimize fatigue while cooking, as well as a helper handle to help maneuver it on the stovetop. Constructed of cast-iron, this pre-seasoned grill pan is induction ready and compatible with various cooktops. To maintain its high quality construction, this product should be washed by hand.
